Director of the Company

Mr. Iriawan is Indonesia citizen, age 59 and domiciled in Indonesia.

Currently he is the Head of HR Group at PT Kartika Samudra Adijaya and has been with PT Kartika Samudra Adijaya for 3 years.

Prior to joining PT Kartika Samudra Adijaya, he was a Lecturer at the Polytechnic of Jember University for 4 years. He has also worked for PT Astra Agro Niaga (Palm Oil Plantation) for 3 years.

Previously, he worked at the OT Group (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) for 23 years with his last position as Chief Human Resources Holding OT Group. In the OT Group, he has also served as Chief Human Resources and Chief of Intellectual Capital Resources who are responsible for managing the Training Center (Corporate University).

He graduated with a Master degree in Education from Pelita Harapan University, Indonesia. He completed his  Bachelor of Agriculture (Geology) at
Hasanuddin University and attended the Polytechnic Education Development Center of Agriculture at Padjadjaran University, Indonesia.
